1 single 60 minute session includes:
Resistance training, cardio and recovery (yin yoga, therapy balls or theragun)
One on One Coaching with Customized Resistance and Strength & Conditioning Training Programming for building muscle and burning fat. Plus Corrective Exercise Coaching to improve movement and posture. And using Yin Yoga to enhance the resistance training and recovery process by helping connect deeper into the body, into the muscles to allow energy to flow properly, to purge things that may be stuck. Proper breathing and movements will help clients to release energy.
